Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, facilities, and accommodations provided by Motse River Lodge. By making a reservation or staying at our property, guests agree to comply with the following terms.
Check-In Policy
Standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Guests arriving later are requested to inform the hotel in advance.
A valid government-issued ID is required during check-in. Local ID proofs such as Aadhar Card and Voter ID are accepted.
Check-Out Policy
Standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children up to 12 years of age may stay free of charge. Cribs may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
Extra beds for adults are generally not provided. One extra bed may be allowed for every two adults per room where applicable.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises.
Smoking Policy
Smoking inside guest rooms and indoor hotel areas is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Couple Friendly Policy
Unmarried couples are welcome. Valid local ID proofs from the same city or state are accepted.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and minimize noise after 10:00 PM to ensure comfort for all occupants.
Alcohol & Restricted Substances
Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly banned. Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly within guest rooms and designated hotel areas.
Parking Policy
Complimentary parking is available for guests subject to space availability. Restrictions may apply to oversized or commercial vehicles.
